I promise...

This won't turn into a coupon blog, but I had to share this morning's activities. 3 stores and $5.73 later I came home with all of this! That's an average of $.19 an item. Here's what I scored:
15 boxes of Betty Crocker fruit snacks (Albertson's)
5 Johnson&Johnson soap buddies (Target)
2 Gillette body wash (Target)
4 8-ct travel size bandaids (Target)
4 pks Trident layers Gum (Rite Aid)
Of course I would have gotten more, but the Rite Aid was out of most of what I went for, oh well. I guess I can't complain too much!

Happy 3rd Birthday Luke!

Luke's birthday is actually tomorrow on the 7th, but we partied it up today. We try to keep things simple... A cute truck pinata..

A few fun presents, and he was actually a little excited about the clothes...

A sweet dirt bike cake. Thanks to Family Fun magazine for the idea!

And it tasted pretty good too! Happy Birthday Lukey! We love you little buddy, promise me not to turn into a terrible 3-year-old.:)

Pink?! Really!

We had our ultrasound today and we found out we are having a girl! Well there definitely were no boy parts visible. So we are very excited, but I am still in shock a little bit. I was very prepared for another boy, so I don't think this has sunk in yet. I keep waiting to wake up from a dream, but it hurts when I pinch myself so I guess I'm safe :). It was so fun to see her wiggling around in there. At first she was all curled up and not wanting to let us see the important parts. Then I guessed it was a girl because my boys were not shy at all during ultrasounds. We got her to move around and found out she is a girl! I'm pretty sure I haven't stopped smiling since we left the doctor.

Christmas Fun!

We had such a great Christmas. The boys were so much fun this year. We spent Christmas morning at home for the first time in our marriage. It was really great to start our own traditions. We packed up in the afternoon and headed to frozen Marysvale. We spent one day in Gunnison with TJ's family too. Here are some pics from our adventures!

A little update..

I realized it's been a little while since I posted anything, mostly because I'm pretty horrible at remembering to take pictures.
In the past month we..
-Had a pretty awesome yard sale where we sold a bunch of junk.. I mean treasures and made almost $200 dollars! It was pretty sweet and I forgot to take any pictures during it.
-Went bowling with a bunch of my family and my sister-in-law's family. I was pretty bad until the end and I got 4 strikes and a 9 on the last set! (see Jamie's link for pics)
-Went to Lyman, Utah for Thanksgiving to see TJ's mom's side of the family. I think there were around 80 people and a whole lot of food! From there we went to Gunnison for the rest of the weekend. I also forgot to take a single picture while we were there. Yep, I'm pretty awesome!

Beau had a Thanksgiving feast at Preschool. Here he is afterwards in his Indian vest he made at school.

This last weekend our friends Chad and Amber came down for a visit. Here is a pic of Amber and I with our combined 5 boys! I am holding Tate, and she has Noah and big boy Owen. Combine them with TJ, Chad, and Tyler(Chad's brother) and we were very outnumbered! We had fun and it was so good to see them!
