Little stinker!

It's been a long time since I have posted anything so I did it all in one day to play a little catch up. Last Saturday TJ and I both had to work so my mom and dad watched the boys for a little while until TJ got home. They laid Luke down for his nap and shortly after they heard him banging on the door. Yep- he climbed out of his crib. Dang I knew this day would come, but I was hoping it wouldn't come yet. The boy isn't even 2 yet. Beau didn't even attempt to climb out until he was about 2 and a half and he was way bigger than Luke at this age. Well anyway I guess my days of peace and quiet are over. Oh well!

writing in the sugar

I saw this idea on Good Things Utah. Beau has had no interest in writing letters until I asked him if he wanted to write in sugar. It makes it more fun for him and he is getting better at his letters. It does get a little sticky because of course he has to lick the sugar off his fingers.

Valentine coloring books

Thanks Grandma Petersen for the valentines coloring books and crayons! (Yes- I let them open them early) It was the quietest 20 minutes of the whole day until Luke colored on the carpet and they started fighting over the crayons. Oh well it was nice while it lasted!

Cute apron

As soon as I finish one project I have to start another one- I guess. I made this apron, but I don't use it very often because I don't want to get it dirty.
Here is the other side. It is reversable.

Boy's Bathroom

Here is a pic of the boys bathroom. It is the only room that is totally done and it turned out really cute I think. We painted and bought lots of new things in there.

This is the artwork I did for their bathroom. It turned out really cute. I have tons of ideas for our house- just not enough cash flow to follow through with them. This project only cost about 12 dollars.
