Beau's quote of the day

Today, I had to sweep and mop the kitchen floor because I can't remember the last time I did it. So, I made Beau lay on the couch to play the computer instead of sitting at the table like he usually does. After a little while he looks at me and says "Oh, my back hurts. I'm gonna need a massage." Man it's rough being 4! .......If only we could go back!

Happy Birthday TJ!

TJ's birthday was yesterday and he turned 28! I keep teasing him he is getting to be an old man. Luckily, he will always be older than me :). I'm pretty sure I was more excited for his birthday than he was because I was finally able to give him his present. In the card I gave him, I put a luggage tag that we will attach to our bags when we go on our Carnival Cruise!!! It leaves from San Diego and goes to Ensenada, Mexico. It was the hardest secret I've ever kept, but I guess I did a pretty good job because he was very suprised! We leave on the 26th and we can't wait. This will be like the honeymoon we never had, because we have never gone anywhere together. Our parents are going to take turns watching our boys while we are gone, so they will be in good hands. Snow in St. George!

I know you probably can't tell from the picture, but it actually snowed here on Wednesday! Yes, they were tiny flakes and nothing stuck at all, but still! It's April and we live in St. George people.
Beau really wanted to eat some snow, and was pretty upset he couldn't catch any flakes in his mouth. So here he is trying to catch some flakes.

Fun Easter Weekend

We had such fun Easter weekend. On Friday TJ left work a little early so we could head up north to see my fam. I made it about an hour and a half late to my sister Lindsay's baby shower, but every one was still partying. So I didn't miss too much. She is having a baby girl and I'm so excited (and super jealous) for her and her family. We stayed with my sister Melissa and her family. They blessed their sweet baby girl Lexi at their home on Saturday. We also went to the temple sealing with them. It was my first experience watching a baby be sealed to a family. And it was so beautiful. I'm so happy we were able to come. The sealer was so cute and said he was in love with Lexi and to not tell his wife. She was adorable and we are so happy to have her in our family! On Easter Sunday we went to my Grandma's for "brunch" and had a fun Easter egg hunt in their backyard. Here are a bunch of pics from the weekend- I actually remembered my camera this time!
